AI Automations Specialist – Systems & Agents Focus

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement AI agents alongside systematic workflows to minimize manual tasks across various business functions.

• Recognize patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization within client teams.

• Utilize advanced AI tools (such as Claude, Perplexity) for research, execution, and automation purposes.

• Continuously evaluate, adopt, and integrate new AI technologies into business operations.

• Work collaboratively across departments to establish scalable automation solutions.

• Assess business processes and pinpoint potential areas for AI integration.

• Convert AI capabilities into straightforward, actionable business applications for stakeholders.

• Design and execute AI-driven workflows applicable to various use cases.

• Test, enhance, and optimize AI tools for improved performance and user experience.

• Stay updated on emerging AI tools, trends, and capabilities.

• Communicate AI strategies and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

• Manage multiple workflows and business contexts concurrently.

• Document processes, integrations, and results to ensure repeatability.

• Continuously enhance systems based on feedback and evolving tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required Qualifications:

• - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• - Minimum of 3 years' experience in developing AI automations, agents, or system workflows.

• - Hands-on experience with advanced AI tools such as Claude or Perplexity.

• - Experience in creating AI agents that utilize tools, APIs, or applications.

• - Proven experience in developing multi-agent systems.

• - Proficient in at least one common automation platform (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n).

• - Ability to program scripts or code for automation (Python or JavaScript).

• - Professional proficiency in English (both spoken and written).

• - Experience collaborating across functions to implement automation solutions.

• - Currently residing in the Philippines.

• - Legally authorized to work in the Philippines.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• - Experience in documenting automations and processes for maintainability and repeatability.
