AI Automation, Workflow Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze and map current business processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.

• Assess, recommend, and implement AI tools and automation platforms to enhance workflows.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into AI-driven solutions.

• Design and document comprehensive workflows, including process diagrams and automation logic.

• Assist in the deployment and integration of AI tools across various teams (e.g., sales, operations, customer support).

• Monitor the performance of deployed solutions and continually optimize for efficiency and scalability.

• Establish best practices for AI utilization, prompt design, and workflow standardization.

• Work alongside technical teams to ensure effective implementation and user adoption.

• Keep abreast of emerging AI tools, automation platforms, and industry trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in business analysis, process improvement, operations, or a related role where you delivered tangible solutions.

• Practical experience with AI tools and automation platforms (not just familiarity — you have actively built and launched solutions using them).

• Strong skills in process mapping and systems thinking — you understand how a change in one workflow impacts several others.

• Experience implementing automation in a business context where non-technical users interacted with it.

• Excellent communication skills — you will engage with engineers, operations leaders, and executives, often within the same dialogue.

• Familiarity with data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.

• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English, sufficient to perform essential job functions.

• **Preferred (not mandatory):**

• Experience within the travel, hospitality, or service-oriented industries.

• Exposure to APIs, integrations, or basic technical implementations.

• Experience in prompt engineering or AI workflow design.

• Background in consulting, operations strategy, or digital transformation.

• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) or low-code/no-code tools.
