AI Automation – Systems Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and develop automation workflows powered by AI.

• Create scalable automation systems utilizing tools such as N8N.

• Connect SaaS platforms and internal systems through APIs and workflow orchestration.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements for automation and identify opportunities for improving manual processes.

• Work directly with engineering and operations leaders on the design and execution of solutions.

• Enhance the use of AI and manage token consumption across workflows to ensure cost efficiency.

• Aid in planning automation architecture and scalability of workflows.

• Maintain and enhance existing automation systems as business requirements evolve.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in automation systems, workflow design, or AI operations.

• Significant experience with N8N or similar workflow automation platforms.

• Knowledge of AI models and ecosystems including OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini.

• Experience in integrating APIs, SaaS platforms, and operational systems.

• Strong capabilities in systems thinking and workflow architecture.

• Ability to convert operational and business requirements into technical automation solutions.

• Understanding of AI token optimization and designing cost-efficient automation.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Nice to Have

• Basic scripting knowledge.

• Experience with MAKE or Zapier.

• Experience working with internal operational automation systems.

• Experience supporting cross-functional teams.

• Exposure to AI workflow optimization and prompt engineering.
