This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design and develop AI-driven workflows for marketing implementation.

• Create agent-based systems for various functions: content creation, email marketing, reporting, and customer insights.

• Integrate tools and systems (such as Claude, APIs, and automation platforms).

• Ensure workflows are scalable, reusable, and efficient.

• Conduct keyword research and clustering with a focus on high-intent keywords.

• Develop AI-assisted content pipelines, including blogs and landing pages.

• Enhance existing content and improve search engine rankings.

• Implement internal linking, metadata, and schema strategies.

• Perform analyses of competitor content.

• Manage updates and posts on Google Business Profile.

• Draft and refine responses to reviews and frequently asked questions.

• Oversee citation building and maintain NAP consistency.

• Assist with location-targeted keyword optimization.

• Build and enhance campaigns and workflows using Klaviyo or similar platforms.

• Manage lifecycle workflows, including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and winback flows.

• Support segmentation efforts and subject line testing.

• Track revenue attribution and overall performance metrics.

• Monitor workflows to ensure reliable system operations.

• Troubleshoot errors and enhance performance.

• Continuously refine automation strategies based on performance results.

• Prepare weekly summaries of marketing performance.

• Analyze channel performance and funnel metrics from traffic to conversion to retention.

• Identify drop-offs and opportunities for growth.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate concepts into functional systems.

• Participate in daily sync meetings (initially) and engage in asynchronous communication.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, systems development, or workflow optimization.

• Practical experience with automation tools (such as Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar).

• Familiarity with AI tools and prompt-based workflows (e.g., Claude or similar).

• Strong knowledge of SEO principles and email marketing strategies.

• Experience with tools like Ahrefs (or similar for keyword research).

• Proficiency in Klaviyo (or a similar email service provider).

• Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Search Console.

• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.

• Capability to build, manage, and troubleshoot automation systems independently.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive execution mindset.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
