AI Automation Specialist, Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist INTERSPORT Digital GmbH in achieving tangible productivity improvements through automation.

• Develop internal AI capabilities to decrease reliance on external service providers.

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for automation.

• Create a well-structured portfolio of use cases.

• Oversee the analysis, design, and implementation of AI-driven processes.

• Design practical training programs and frameworks to empower colleagues.

• Ensure adherence to security and data protection regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing and executing automation solutions.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes.

• Practical experience with low-code/no-code platforms.

• Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.

• Experience in creating internal enablement initiatives.

• Exceptional communication and training abilities.

• Basic knowledge of AI governance and data protection principles.

• Proficiency in German and English at a minimum B2 level.
