AI Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leaders in Marketing, Sales, Finance, and other departments to pinpoint repetitive, high-volume processes that are ideal for AI automation.

• Create and develop AI agents utilizing no-code and low-code platforms such as Claude, n8n, and others.

• Conduct discovery sessions with business stakeholders to map out current workflows and document pain points.

• Oversee the entire delivery lifecycle: from prototyping and testing with end users to iterating and handing off with appropriate documentation and training.

• Maintain a prioritized list of automation opportunities across various business units, guided by potential business impact and implementation efforts.

• Establish and manage an internal AI Agents enablement program, which includes hosting hands-on workshops, publishing reusable templates and playbooks, and mentoring business teams to independently build and sustain their own agents over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or a technical enablement role.

• Proven hands-on experience in creating automated workflows or AI agents using contemporary tools (n8n, Make, LangChain, Claude, or similar).

• Comfortable working with LLMs through prompt engineering, with the ability to extract reliable, structured outputs from a model.

• Capability to perform business process discovery with non-technical stakeholders and convert findings into actionable specifications.

• Proficient in English; strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A strong inclination towards delivering results: favoring a functional prototype over a flawless design document.
