AI & Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and enhance automation workflows utilizing tools such as GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, or Zapier.

• Evaluate and refine current systems to guarantee scalability, reliability, and optimal performance.

• Connect platforms through APIs, webhooks, and automation solutions.

• Design and manage CRM systems, pipelines, and multi-step workflows.

• Construct comprehensive AI and automation systems tailored for client enterprises.

• Develop workflows aimed at lead generation, nurturing, content creation, and sales procedures.

• Integrate CRMs, email services, calendars, payment gateways, and project management applications.

• Diagnose, sustain, and enhance implemented solutions.

• Produce clear SOPs, user manuals, and technical documentation.

• Simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Offer technical assistance to clients, team members, and potential customers.

• Contribute to the creation of technical content (documentation, scripts, or training resources).

• Develop scalable automation frameworks for onboarding, operations, and data management.

• Oversee and maintain the company’s technical infrastructure.

• Ensure all systems function efficiently, effectively, and are scalable.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in creating automation workflows and CRM systems in real-world business settings.

• Advanced expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL).

• Extensive experience with automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier.

• Strong comprehension of APIs, webhooks, and systems integration.

• Proven experience connecting CRMs with email, payment solutions, calendars, and additional tools.

• Familiarity with data management applications such as Airtable or Google Sheets.

• Experience in implementing AI-driven workflows within business operations.

• Excellent technical documentation capabilities (SOPs, guides, specifications).

• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

• Experience collaborating directly with clients or stakeholders.

• Highly self-motivated with a strong aptitude for problem-solving.

• Comfortable operating in dynamic and uncertain environments.

• Strong product-oriented mindset (scalability, user experience, maintainability).

• Background in agency or consulting settings.

• Experience in creating technical content (articles, videos, documentation).

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows.

• Personal brand presence or interest in the AI/automation sector.
