📋 Description

• Assess and diagram current business workflows across various departments.

• Recognize inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and potential areas for automation.

• Develop, implement, and sustain effective automation solutions utilizing contemporary AI and workflow tools.

• Gradually incorporate AI technologies into business processes, prioritizing user adoption and employee engagement.

• Create systems that minimize repetitive manual tasks and enhance productivity.

• Track and evaluate the success of automation projects and suggest continuous improvements.

• Collaborate with management and team members to facilitate the seamless implementation of new technologies.

• Investigate emerging technologies and offer insights on tools, platforms, and innovations that could benefit the organization.

• Assist in broader digital initiatives, including basic website updates, SEO enhancements, and Google Ads management.

• Produce documentation, training resources, and process guides to aid in the adoption of new systems.

• Contribute to increasing operational capacity and output without necessarily expanding the workforce.

• Proficient in workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Microsoft Power Automate, or equivalent.
