AI Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the internal AI automation strategy across sales, operations, support, and human resources teams.

• Facilitate quarterly automation discovery workshops with team leaders.

• Design, develop, and implement 2–3 production-ready AI automations each month.

• Integrate LLM APIs into workflows with effective prompt design.

• Equip every automation with relevant metrics.

• Manage the prompt and evaluation library.

• Clearly document each automation process.

• Educate team leads to independently create simple automations.

• Collaborate with Security and IT on data management, access, and compliance assessments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in developing production automations or internal tools.

• Practical experience with at least one low-code automation platform such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Workato.

• Proficient in integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into actual workflows.

• Fluency in SQL.

• Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript.

• A pragmatic problem solver with strong instincts for product development.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex workflows.
