This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• AI Development & Automation: Create AI agents, implement AI-driven workflows, and develop automation solutions that reduce repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency throughout the organization.
• Discovery Operations & Automation: Manage the downloading, uploading, organizing, and optimizing of extensive criminal discovery files while consistently seeking ways to enhance and automate the discovery process.
• AI Discovery Workflow: Design and oversee automated workflows for the discovery process, from file download to the preparation of legal memos.
• Workflow Integrations: Spearhead software integration efforts, API connectivity, and automation projects utilizing Zapier and other automation tools.
• Technology Projects: Assist in coding, API integrations, field mapping, troubleshooting, and the implementation of technology projects across the organization.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively seek out opportunities to streamline workflows and simplify tasks for attorneys and staff members through the use of technology.
• AI Expertise: Extensive experience in developing AI agents, creating prompt-driven workflows, and implementing practical AI solutions utilizing tools like Claude, Perplexity, and other top AI platforms.
• Automation Experience: Skilled in workflow automation, API integrations, and software connectivity, including executing complex automation projects with Zapier or similar platforms.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in coding, API integration, troubleshooting, and system mapping across various software platforms.
• Organizational Skills: Capable of managing large datasets and digital files, ensuring they are well-organized and easily accessible.
• Remote Work Readiness: Comfortable with remote work, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and the adaptability to support the firm's overnight workflows.
• US Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a contractor or employee within a U.S.-based organization, showcasing success in remote work and collaboration with U.S.-based teams.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for designing scalable automation and integration solutions.
