AI Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Deliver 10-15 impactful automations each month

• Replace manual processes in sales, recruiting, and operations

• Develop scalable, well-documented systems that are actively utilized

• Monitor automation effectiveness and continually enhance for optimal results

• Manage the entire lifecycle of AI workflows (build → optimize → maintain)

• Ensure systems are dependable, cost-effective, and require minimal maintenance

• Work collaboratively with various teams to identify their workflows, challenges, and gaps, transforming those needs into automation solutions

• Foster genuine usage through training and simplicity

• Number of automations implemented per month

• Percentage decrease in manual work/hours saved

• Workflow adoption metrics

• Influence on pipeline (meetings, responses, conversions)

• System performance indicators (uptime, accuracy, cost efficiency)

• Thinks in systems rather than isolated tasks

• Delivers quickly and iterates based on outcomes

• Prioritizes impact over mere activity

• Creates solutions that are scalable across teams and clients

• Proficient in tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, OpenAI, Claude, HubSpot, Salesforce, Workable, Airtable, Google Sheets

• Internet Connection: Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps; backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps.

• Primary Device: Desktop or laptop with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor.

• Minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Backup Device: Should meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.

• A functioning webcam is required.

• A noise-canceling USB headset is essential.

• A quiet, dedicated home office space is necessary.
