• You will assist in the development and management of production-focused AI workflows and agent systems.
• You will integrate internal data sources and systems, such as CRM, reporting, knowledge bases, and project tools.
• You will design and implement automation workflows utilizing Make, n8n, and custom integrations via LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, and open-source models).
• You will identify and prioritize processes suitable for automation in collaboration with all business units, including reporting, content production, and customer advisory.
• You will design, develop, and continuously enhance AI agents for analysis, research, reporting, and decision-making processes.
• You will create AI agents for domains such as SEO, paid media, content, CRM, or internal knowledge work.
• You will evaluate and prototype various LLM models and architectures for different use cases, working closely with the Head of AI.
• You will be responsible for empowering the team through training, workshops, and hands-on sessions, ensuring AI becomes a method of operation rather than just a project.
• You will implement GDPR-compliant solutions, considering both on-premise and cloud options, data processing agreements, and data classification.
• Technical competence:
• You possess practical experience with LLM APIs and automation tools, having built and deployed systems into production rather than just theoretical knowledge.
• Ideally, you have strong Python skills as a language for integration and automation.
• You have experience with workflow automation platforms such as Make, n8n, and Zapier, and you understand their limitations.
• You have a grasp of data architectures, including APIs, data connectors, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data normalization.
• You have a foundational understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, ChromaDB, or similar).
• Strategic & organizational competence:
• You are capable of analyzing business processes and converting them into automation opportunities.
• You think architecturally, determining the suitable model for each use case and what should remain on-premise versus what should transition to the cloud.
• You are adept at translating between technical and business vernacular, effectively communicating with both developers and management.
• You possess excellent German language skills at a C2 level; proficiency in English is a plus.
• You will work closely with the Head of AI and executive management, benefiting from short decision-making paths and swift resolutions.
