AI Automation Lead – Enterprise Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business units to pinpoint automation prospects, articulate precise requirements, and implement solutions that enhance experiences for both internal teams and partners.

• Propel automations that reduce order-to-cash durations, minimize manual interactions, and enhance revenue accuracy while preventing leakage.

• Evaluate, report, and convey the impact and ROI; solicit feedback from stakeholders and refine solutions continuously.

• Test, launch, and maintain automations in a production environment; conduct root-cause analyses and effectuate ongoing enhancements and incident resolution.

• Oversee the comprehensive solution design and deployment utilizing approved low-code/no-code platforms across Salesforce, EDI integrations, SAP ERP, and other business applications.

• Design and implement sophisticated AI architectural patterns—including RAG, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and secure API/tool integrations—ensuring scalability, observability, and regulated data access.

• Establish and uphold enterprise-level governance and operational excellence, including testing, release management, monitoring, logging, access controls, and auditability for all automation and AI solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing enterprise-scale solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and Microsoft Fabric within enterprise settings.

• Demonstrated ability to create enterprise AI governance frameworks, ensuring secure data access and role-based permissions.

• Strong systems-thinking capabilities, with the talent to translate complex business workflows into robust, maintainable technical architectures that encompass multiple systems.

• Exceptional documentation and communication skills; adept at simplifying technical concepts for non-technical audiences and generating clear requirements, designs, and impact reports.

• Capacity to excel in a global, cross-functional, collaborative environment, collaborating with diverse teams across business, IT, and external partners.

• Practical experience in deploying agentic AI, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and orchestration patterns in real-world applications.

• Hands-on experience connecting AI agents with Salesforce, ERP systems (preferably SAP), EDI protocols, and order-to-cash operational frameworks.

• Proven history of designing scalable, maintainable low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Fabric) that minimizes technical debt and aligns with enterprise IT guidelines.

• Willingness to work night shifts (10 PM - 7 AM IST) or EMEA shifts (3 PM - 12 AM IST).
