This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

• Design, develop, and implement AI agents to streamline business processes and operational workflows.

• Establish integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems.

• Create AI-driven solutions for workflow orchestration, ticket triaging, knowledge retrieval, reporting, and process automation.

• Develop and maintain APIs, automation scripts, and cloud-based AI services.

• Apply prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, tool integrations, and multi-agent workflows.

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to pinpoint and execute automation opportunities.

• Ensure that AI solutions adhere to security, governance, and compliance standards.

• Monitor, optimize, and uphold the performance and reliability of AI agents.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related discipline.

• 2-5 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or the development of AI applications.

• Proficient programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or C#.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

• Exhibits a mindset geared towards AI experimentation with the capability to prototype, test, and enhance AI-powered workflow automation solutions.

• Practical experience with AI/LLM frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or comparable technologies.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering production-quality AI or automation solutions.

• Familiarity with integrating enterprise systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, and ServiceNow.

• Good understanding of AI governance, security, and enterprise compliance protocols.

• Experience with enterprise AI copilots, workflow automation, or cloud platforms is highly desirable.
