This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Design and create automation workflows driven by AI utilizing platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), and custom APIs.

• Incorporate large language models (LLMs) like OpenAI, Claude, or similar technologies into business operations.

• Construct and sustain automation pipelines for sales, marketing, and customer support departments.

• Develop scripts and backend logic in Python and JavaScript to facilitate scalable automation.

• Enhance workflows to improve performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to pinpoint opportunities for automation.

• Oversee and resolve issues within automation systems to guarantee seamless operation.

• Document processes and produce scalable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal use.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in automation engineering, AI integration, or workflow automation.

• Extensive experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools.

• Practical experience using AI tools and APIs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Hugging Face.

• Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript programming languages.

• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and database integrations.

• Knowledge of CRM systems, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, is advantageous.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think systematically about processes.
