This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Design and execute automation workflows driven by AI utilizing platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), and custom APIs.

• Develop and implement solutions that leverage large language models (LLMs) like OpenAI and Claude for the automation of business processes.

• Integrate customer relationship management systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), support tools, and internal platforms to ensure smooth data flow.

• Create scripts and backend functionalities using Python and JavaScript for complex automation scenarios.

• Enhance lead generation, outreach, and customer support processes through the use of AI technologies.

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance and reliability of automation systems.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to pinpoint automation opportunities across different departments.

• Keep abreast of the most recent trends, tools, and best practices in AI and automation.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in automation, software engineering, or AI-related positions.

• Significant experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, and n8n.

• Proficiency in programming languages like Python and/or JavaScript.

• Practical experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.

• Familiarity with large language models (e.g., OpenAI API) and expertise in prompt engineering.

• Experience working with customer relationship management systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to design scalable systems.

• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration in a remote, global environment.

• Experience in SaaS, sales automation, or growth systems is a significant advantage.
