AI Augmented Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and uphold features for all product lines (both new and existing)

• Utilize AI coding tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) as your primary workflow rather than an alternative

• Explore AI-assisted strategies to alleviate the burden of bug fixes and maintenance

• Ensure secure coding practices from the outset and proactively identify vulnerabilities

• Contribute to automated quality assurance testing initiatives

• Demonstrate effective practices to the team. Lead by example rather than through presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of practical development experience

• Proven experience integrating AI tools into your everyday workflow (we will request a demonstration rather than a description)

• Solid expertise in Mobile App Development using React and React Native

• Strong skills in .NET and/or Angular

• Experience with Azure is preferred

• Awareness of SOC2 or enterprise security is advantageous
