AI Architect, UA/RU Language Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct the Sprint 1 decision spike.

• Create the ontology and semantic layer for the team.

• Design the connector layer architecture.

• Develop role-scoped retrieval mechanisms.

• Architect the agent layer.

• Select and implement the private deployment.

• Construct the evaluation and observability framework.

• Set standards and design for failure modes.

• Remain actively involved in the tasks.

• Communicate all of the above to a C-level audience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering.

• At least 2 years of experience in building LLM and agentic systems in a production environment.

• Minimum of 3 years serving as a technical lead or architect on client-facing projects.

• Proficiency in Python with strong hands-on skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
