AI Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Gain comprehensive insights into our operations by collaborating with estimators, project managers, and field crews to understand their current methodologies.

• Assess the AI pilots we are currently executing with industry vendors, recognizing those that show potential and expediting their development.

• Create functioning pilots independently using contemporary tools such as Claude Code, LangChain, LangGraph, and any other resources that deliver rapid and accurate results.

• Merge AI workflows with our existing estimation and job management systems via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.

• Coordinate multi-step AI workflows with genuine validation, retries, and human-in-the-loop checks to ensure field teams can rely on the output.

• Design the data pipelines, vector databases, and RAG systems that support the entire framework.

• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure secure and compliant deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in building with modern LLMs and agent frameworks.

• Proficient in Python and comfortable with contemporary cloud infrastructure on Azure or GCP.

• Experience in linking AI to real business systems via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.

• Proven ability to engage directly with non-technical operators and convert their workflows into functional software.

• Willingness to work as a solo IC builder for the initial 12 to 24 months before a team is formed around you.

• A history of deploying AI solutions that have measurably enhanced operational efficiency.
