This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

• Create and implement distributed architectures for large-scale, cloud-based enterprise systems (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Incorporate Agentic AI features into enterprise software solutions

• Serve as a technical authority, establishing standards for security, scalability, and performance

• Convert ambiguous customer requirements into clear, actionable technical designs

• Facilitate discussions, challenge concepts, and guide teams towards a unified technical direction

• Work in collaboration with engineers and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of MVPs and production-ready solutions

• Native proficiency in Japanese or its equivalent

• Strong programming abilities in Python, with experience in Rust, C++, or C#

• Deep understanding of distributed systems architecture and cloud-native design principles

• Knowledge of graph theory, data drift, and AI integration techniques

• Interest or experience in developing enterprise-grade software platforms

• Capability to articulate architectural vision clearly and confidently to customers
