AI Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and implement autonomous AI agent ecosystems utilizing frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, and Semantic Kernel.

• Develop architectures for LLM-powered workflows that incorporate multi-agent collaboration, decision logic, memory management, and integration with external tools.

• Work alongside consulting teams to ensure AI agent solutions align with business objectives and industry applications across various sectors (FSI, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.).

• Participate in RFI/RFP processes, producing impactful solution overviews, architectural diagrams, and effort/cost assessments.

• Collaborate closely with AI Strategists, Engagement Managers, and Domain SMEs to establish solution blueprints, MVP scopes, and transformation roadmaps.

• Take part in client workshops, demonstrations, and innovation showcases to communicate the advantages of Agentic AI and its applications in enterprises.

• Contribute to the creation of reusable agent templates, accelerators, and reference architectures within Infosys’ AI frameworks.

• Stay updated on advancements in GenAI, toolchains, and research (LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs, agent planning/reasoning).

• Provide technical mentorship and hands-on assistance to junior consultants, aiding in the development of internal capabilities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on AI governance, responsible AI practices, and integration into enterprise environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field; a PhD is preferred for architect-level positions.

• Over 8 years of experience in AI/ML, including more than 5 years as a Solution Architect and at least 4 years of hands-on development with LLMs and autonomous AI agents.

• Strong proficiency in Python and orchestration libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar.

• Comprehensive understanding of LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.), prompt engineering, agent memory, tool invocation, and autonomous task execution.

• Experience in pre-sales, RFP/RFI support, and proposal development in a consulting or enterprise services context.

• Knowledge of enterprise solutions utilizing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), API integration, and best practices for data security.

• Outstanding communication and consulting abilities, capable of presenting solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Practical experience with cognitive architectures, planning-based agents, or reinforcement learning in real-world applications.

• Experience in integrating AI agents into enterprise applications like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, or custom applications through APIs.

• Familiarity with AI observability, performance monitoring, and ethical considerations in GenAI systems.
