This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Design and develop agent-based architectures that facilitate autonomous reasoning, planning, and task execution.
• Create multi-agent systems for intricate workflows, encompassing coordination, negotiation, and goal-oriented behavior.
• Incorporate LLMs and reasoning engines into agentic frameworks for adaptive problem-solving.
• Ensure agents can securely and efficiently interact with APIs, databases, and external systems.
• Enhance agent performance for scalability, dependability, and rapid decision-making.
• Maintain data integrity and consistency across all initiatives.
• Integrate AI components into enterprise software systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Establish CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML deployments.
• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms for forecasting, classification, segmentation, resolving business challenges, and recommendation systems.
• Utilize supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques to address business issues.
• Conduct feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning to achieve optimal accuracy.
• Implement real-time inference pipelines for production environments.
• Monitor and enhance model performance using MLOps best practices.
• Write reusable and well-structured code complemented by clear documentation.
• Compose documentation in white papers or academic publications for dissemination.
• Collaborate and work cross-functionally with IT, business leaders, Field Ops, and R&D data teams to gather and prioritize datasets to achieve strategic objectives.
• Communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences with clarity and precision.
• Effectively present actionable insights to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Stay informed about advancements in Agentic AI, LLM fine-tuning, and emerging machine learning algorithms.
• Experiment with prompt engineering, tool-augmented reasoning, and memory-enabled agents.
• Contribute to proof-of-concepts (POCs) and innovation projects for next-generation AI capabilities.
• Ensure all work adheres to GDPR and other UK/EU and international data protection regulations.
• Follow ethical guidelines and best practices for data management.
• A degree in AI, Machine Learning, computer science, statistics, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Typescript, and SQL.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Understanding of agentic AI frameworks (e.g., Strands Agents, LangChain) and API development tools (e.g., PyDantic, FastAPI, Swagger).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and/or Agentic AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience applying deep learning algorithms to time series data and/or imaging data.
• Intermediate to advanced comprehension of geospatial data.
• Proficient in statistical and analytical skills with experience in hypothesis testing and predictive modeling.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations, particularly GDPR.
• A proactive communicator capable of effectively liaising and aligning with stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
