AI Agents Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create multi-agent systems aimed at automating business workflows (content, product, growth).

• Develop and integrate AI agents utilizing LLMs, APIs, and internal tools.

• Outline workflows, input/output agreements, and system architecture.

• Continuously enhance agent performance based on actual metrics and feedback loops.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust engineering background (3-6 years as a Backend or Full-stack engineer).

• Proven experience in building real products or systems with significant ownership.

• Practical experience with LLMs and AI tools in real-world applications (beyond theoretical understanding).

• Capability to design and implement end-to-end workflows, including defining inputs, outputs, and system logic.

• Experience in integrating various external services and APIs (e.g., Notion, analytics tools, CRM, CI/CD).

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills — ability to deconstruct complex issues into structured solutions.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguous environments where requirements are not fully defined.

• Ability to swiftly prototype and iterate on solutions, balancing efficiency and quality.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
