AI Agent Engineer – Enterprise Automation, Microsoft Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and sustain AI-driven systems, agents, and automation workflows that enhance LATRO’s business and IT functions.

• Create and oversee automation, integrations, and digital solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Establish security measures, access controls, auditing processes, and governance frameworks for AI-driven and automated solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of pertinent experience in software engineering, IT/IS, automation, Microsoft platform engineering, or the development of AI-driven solutions.

• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, Security, or AI would be advantageous.

• Experience in supporting a diverse, globally distributed team is highly preferred.
