AI Agent Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.

📋 Description

• Design and develop AI agents and agentic workflows utilizing Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.

• Create Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions that retrieve and process content from SharePoint and Microsoft 365.

• Develop document automation solutions that involve reading, validating, and correcting Word documents according to specified templates.

• Integrate AI solutions with Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 tools through the Microsoft Graph API.

• Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate and the Power Platform.

• Ensure that all solutions comply with enterprise security and compliance standards within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, challenge existing assumptions, and propose scalable alternatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and/or Azure AI Foundry.

• Expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio, including the building and deployment of AI agents.

• Familiarity with SharePoint Online and integrations using Microsoft Graph API.

• Working knowledge of Power Automate and the comprehensive Power Platform.

• Experience in automating Microsoft Word documents.

• Proficiency in Python, C#, or .NET.

• Proven ability to develop and implement RAG solutions in enterprise settings.

• Excellent communication skills: Responsive during US business hours, transparent regarding capabilities, and comfortable with presentations of work.
