This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement autonomous AI agents capable of executing business tasks autonomously.

• Create AI-driven workflows for lead generation, customer interaction, and operational automation.

• Build agents that can manage initial customer inquiries and basic support tasks.

• Develop intelligent systems to handle repetitive business processes with minimal human oversight.

• Automate comprehensive business workflows utilizing AI and integration tools.

• Improve internal operations through intelligent process design.

• Create systems that enhance the speed, accuracy, and scalability of marketing and sales operations.

• Continuously refine AI agent performance and decision-making capabilities.

• Integrate AI agents with third-party platforms using APIs.

• Connect systems including CRMs, messaging platforms, and marketing tools.

• Ensure seamless data flow between systems for real-time automation.

• Develop and manage automation pipelines utilizing tools like Zapier (or similar platforms).

• Work with both structured and unstructured data to enhance AI agent functionality.

• Assist in designing data pipelines and perform light data engineering tasks.

• Ensure the accuracy and usability of data for AI-driven systems.

• Create AI agents focused on lead generation and qualification.

• Develop automation systems for social media management and scheduling support.

• Build AI assistants for customer engagement and inquiry management.

• Facilitate scalable outreach and communication workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in creating AI agents (portfolio or live projects are mandatory).

• Proficient in tools such as ChatGPT / OpenAI API, Claude, and GitHub Copilot.

• Strong understanding of API integration and system architecture.

• Experience with automation tools like Zapier (or similar platforms).

• Ability to design autonomous, multi-step AI workflows.

• Familiarity with data handling and workflow automation principles.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a systems-thinking approach.

• **Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience in developing production-grade AI systems (beyond prototypes).

• Background in data engineering or backend development.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

• Knowledge of lead generation funnels and sales automation workflows.

• Experience in supporting automation for marketing, operations, or customer service.
