This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Workflow Architecture: Create multi-step agent frameworks that streamline recurring marketing, analytics, and operational processes.

• Development & Maintenance: Build and optimize AI agents, copilots, and subject-matter expert systems.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside teams to discover and prioritize impactful automation opportunities.

• Enablement: Create reusable agent frameworks, templates, and prompt standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of extensive experience with Python, JSON, and JavaScript.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot, and platforms that enable agent functionality.

• In-depth knowledge of APIs and Webhooks.

• Competence in HTML & CSS for optimizing email communications.

• Experience in managing databases such as SQL or Firebase.

• Familiarity with Marketo and/or Tealium is a notable advantage.

• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and innovative agent design patterns.
