AI Adoption Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the organization's readiness for AI integration across cultural, technical, and capability aspects.

• Develop and implement AI adoption strategies that tackle user resistance, integrate workflows, and facilitate behavioral change.

• Create role-specific training programs that emphasize practical AI usage rather than merely tool functionalities.

• Establish AI governance frameworks, which include responsible use policies, escalation procedures, and human-in-the-loop protocols.

• Design and oversee adoption dashboards to monitor usage, proficiency, productivity impacts, and overall business results.

• Facilitate executive workshops focused on AI strategy, use case prioritization, and leadership in change management.

• Craft communication strategies that respond to AI-related concerns, foster trust, and promote adoption.

• Collaborate with IT and data science teams to ensure AI solutions are implemented in ways that enhance real user adoption.

• Create networks of AI champions and peer learning communities to stimulate grassroots engagement.

• Identify opportunities for automation and design human + AI workflows that enhance performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in technology adoption, digital transformation, or change management.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting enterprise AI/ML adoption (e.g., generative AI, predictive analytics, RPA, intelligent automation).

• In-depth understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and principles of responsible use.

• Strong foundation in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, or similar).

• Experience in creating enablement programs tailored for non-technical audiences.

• Skill in translating complex technical ideas into clear, business-relevant narratives.

• Proven track record of achieving measurable adoption outcomes in technology transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.
