This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Take ownership of and enhance the enterprise activation AI strategy, accountable for the governance of the AI ecosystem, platform, tool, and model activation, as well as comprehensive value optimization.
• Evaluate and refine the current AI vendor and platform landscape to pinpoint value optimization opportunities that align with business priorities, enterprise constraints, and security requirements.
• Develop practical governance, operating models, and guidelines that facilitate responsible AI adoption while minimizing unnecessary friction.
• Create frameworks to assess usage, risk, and optimization opportunities across our enterprise landscape and workforce.
• Keep track of emerging AI technologies, market trends, and vendor roadmaps to guide strategic decisions and sustain a competitive edge.
• Collaborate with business leaders to enable informed decision-making and link this to enterprise IT execution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor instead of a reactive order taker—constantly asking, “How can we streamline and enhance this for our colleagues in the future?”
• Operate within and coordinate across IT and cybersecurity teams to mitigate unnecessary friction while adhering to a risk-tolerant framework that meets business needs.
• Design and advocate for practical AI governance models that promote low process friction and high adoption rates.
• Balance the aspects of speed, innovation, and security in decision-making processes.
• Foster a cultural shift within IT towards a consultative, business-enabling approach.
• Challenge outdated, control-driven behaviors that hinder innovation.
• Influence stakeholders at various levels without solely depending on authority.
• Educate both business and IT teams about AI opportunities, risks, and strategies for mitigation.
• Extensive knowledge of leading AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Microsoft, Google, AWS, Anthropic, etc.) and their applications within enterprises.
• 8–12+ years of experience in IT, digital transformation, or technology consulting.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing AI or advanced analytics solutions in an enterprise setting.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise IT operations and cybersecurity practices.
• Background in professional services or consulting environments (highly preferred).
• Considerable familiarity with the AI ecosystem (LLMs, copilots, automation tools, etc.).
• Strong capability to navigate and influence within complex organizations.
• Excellent communication skills—adept at bridging the gap between technical and business audiences.
• Experience in designing governance frameworks that facilitate rather than hinder innovation.
• A change agent mindset with a proactive approach to action.
• Pragmatic approach to risk and controls, rather than dogmatic.
• Comfortable in constructively challenging the status quo.
