AI Adoption Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee the comprehensive change and adoption program for each AI Momentum client engagement.

• Foster and maintain commitment from executive sponsors while aligning leaders around a cohesive AI narrative.

• Evaluate organizational readiness, stakeholder viewpoints, decision-making processes, and cultural elements.

• Recruit, cultivate, and sustain networks of internal champions.

• Develop engagement strategies tailored for frontline, leadership, and board audiences.

• Design and conduct executive workshops, leadership alignment sessions, town hall meetings, and adoption events.

• Identify stakeholder issues and create targeted support to ensure successful adoption outcomes.

• Establish success metrics, monitor behavior changes, and report results to client executives.

• Lead the AI Accelerate process from start to finish to convert initial engagement into lasting adoption and measurable value.

• Manage the AI Operate process comprehensively, including ongoing support, maintenance, and continuous development of agentic outcomes.

• Set adoption metrics and establish an executive cadence during the first eight weeks of engagements.

• Create ROI narratives to support discussions on renewal and expansion.

• Formulate adoption narratives for proposals and present the program during sales meetings.

• Develop and enhance AI Momentum’s adoption methodology and repeatable playbooks.

• Elevate change and adoption literacy within the AI Momentum team.

• Oversee the AI Accelerate initiative, with monthly client engagement and retention contributing to renewal and expansion dialogues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale transformation programs within complex organizations, with accountability for adoption or change results.

• Background in consulting, client-side transformation, or related leadership positions.

• Proficient in communicating with groups ranging from 50 to 500 individuals.

• Skilled in designing and facilitating town halls, roadshows, and events.

• Capability to define adoption metrics prior to deployment and track behavior changes effectively.

• Ability to develop reporting that supports renewal efforts.

• Understanding the connection between adoption results and recurring revenue.

• Comfortable with commercial accountability.

• Proficient in stakeholder mapping and coalition-building.

• Capable of identifying underlying concerns and responding with targeted engagement, support, and communication.

• Ability to operate at the executive level across AU, UK, and US markets.

• Knowledgeable about cultural calibration across AU, UK, and US markets.

• Flexible to work across time zones when required by client or collaboration needs.
