AI Adoption Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Formulate comprehensive strategies for managing change associated with AI implementation.

• Perform stakeholder analysis and devise engagement plans for stakeholders.

• Create and execute communication campaigns that facilitate AI adoption.

• Develop training programs and resources for end-users.

• Establish and nurture networks of change advocates.

• Monitor benefits, evaluate adoption rates, and generate reports.

• Conduct assessments for business readiness.

• Address resistance and formulate strategies for mitigation.

• Assist in the post-implementation transition to business-as-usual operations.

• Work collaboratively with project delivery teams to synchronize change activities with solution rollouts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering organizational change (experience in the public sector is preferred).

• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies.

• Experience in crafting communication and engagement strategies.

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.

• Experience in realizing benefits and tracking adoption.

• Background in developing and facilitating training sessions.

• Familiarity with local government operations and service delivery.
