AI Adoption & Enablement Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee client partnerships from the initial discovery phase to successful delivery, assisting organizations in transforming their AI investments into enduring capabilities and quantifiable business results.

• Play a pivotal role in guiding the growth, evolution, and delivery impact of the practice for clients.

• Create and implement tailored AI enablement programs.

• Conduct workshops and learning sessions that connect AI functionalities to the participants’ roles, workflows, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Lead the discovery process with stakeholders, analyze workflows, and map out journeys to uncover significant AI opportunities.

• Collaborate with the Practice Lead to enhance the practice's methodology, service offerings, and delivery strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading AI adoption, enablement, transformation, consulting, or organizational change projects with proven business results.

• Proven track record of managing client-facing projects from the discovery phase through implementation and measurement of outcomes.

• Strong skills in business analysis, problem-solving, facilitation, presentation, and communication at the executive level.

• Demonstrated ability to spearhead cross-functional initiatives and influence diverse stakeholders across business, technical, and executive domains.

• Experience in developing success metrics, frameworks for adoption, methods for KPI measurement, and reports for executives.

• Familiarity with enterprise business platforms, AI tools, and workflow technologies.

• Understanding of adult learning principles, enterprise transformation efforts, and practices for measuring adoption.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
