Agile Facilitator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide technical teams, ensuring clear objectives and effective collaboration.

• Oversee team performance and delivery health, implementing corrective measures when needed.

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and enhance Agile maturity across teams.

• Advocate for the integration of Artificial Intelligence tools and practices within development teams.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Organize scaled Agile events such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.

• Coordinate dependencies among teams and support the successful execution of release deliveries.

• Actively eliminate impediments, mitigate risks, and escalate blockers when necessary.

• Cultivate team self-organization, accountability, and a culture of continuous learning.

• Monitor, manage, and communicate Agile delivery metrics and flow indicators.

• Serve as an intermediary between Product Management, Engineering teams, and organizational leadership.

• Foster collaboration, transparency, and alignment to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile roles, supporting or leading multiple teams.

• Demonstrated experience in coordinating large-scale deliveries under frameworks such as SAFe.

• In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile scaling frameworks.

• Experience managing complex projects with significant dependency management requirements.

• Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and scaled Agile events.

• Strong understanding of Agile metrics, including velocity, predictability, lead time, and flow efficiency.

• Experience supporting large software development teams and coordinating multiple teams concurrently.

• Proven track record of enhancing team engagement, delivery performance, and Agile processes in complex environments.

• Experience managing risks, dependencies, and release delivery processes across teams.

• Proficiency in using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile management platforms.

• Daily utilization of Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance software delivery, team productivity, and work management processes.

• Advanced English proficiency is required, as you will engage directly with US-based clients.
