Agile Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate organizational agility by establishing the necessary conditions and alignment for change.

• Collaborate, negotiate, and effectively influence leadership and team members across all levels within the organization.

• Act as a consultant for individuals or organizations to eliminate organizational and process obstacles.

• Design and deliver coaching and training sessions related to Agile, Scrum, Product Ownership, and more.

• Implement Agile Frameworks within organizations.

• Demonstrate examples of applying agile techniques across various cultures and environments.

• Possess experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile Cadence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile Cadence.

• Any background is acceptable; preferably with an IT background.

• Tech-savvy individuals are preferred.

• Possess a growth mindset along with strong strategic and creative thinking abilities.

• Agile certification is a plus.

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, TRELLO, MIRO, CLOCKIFY, Google Workspace, and Slack is advantageous.

• Excellent verbal and communication skills are required.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

• Residing in Jabodetabek is preferred.
