Agile Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Assisting (corporate) clients in taking their initial steps or subsequent actions in their Agile transformation;

• Continuous enhancement of productivity and quality across various teams;

• Coaching, developing, and facilitating multiple teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and management;

• Training, educating, and inspiring individuals at all levels within organizations regarding the Scrum framework or Agile methodologies;

• Advising, challenging, and inspiring at the management level in the design of new Agile organizational structures and working methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree;

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in (corporate) organizations;

• Experience in guiding multiple teams;

• Excellent stakeholder management skills at the management level;

• Additional certifications in Scrum or Agile frameworks, project management, or process optimization are a plus (PSM, Prince II, Lean Six Sigma, SAFe, Less, Nexus, Kanban, etc.).
