Agile Coach – Agility Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation and advancement of the agile model (Scrum/Kanban) across various teams.

• Collaborate with squads to ensure high standards in the execution of agile ceremonies.

• Enhance practices such as backlog refinement, crafting user stories, defining acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready (DoR), and Definition of Done (DoD).

• Track and develop flow metrics including lead time, cycle time, throughput, and more.

• Create and sustain performance and agile maturity dashboards.

• Support the integration of discovery and delivery processes.

• Work with QA to guarantee the quality of deliveries.

• Facilitate rituals, eliminate obstacles, and foster continuous improvement within the teams.

• Apply lightweight agile governance while avoiding bureaucratic overhead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Agile Coach, senior Scrum Master, or Agility Specialist.

• Strong proficiency in agile frameworks and methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira.

• Solid understanding of backlog management and prioritization techniques.

• Knowledge of flow metrics, including lead time, cycle time, and throughput.

• Ability to construct dashboards and metrics.

• Experience with discovery and delivery practices.

• Proven experience in facilitating agile teams and ceremonies.

• Background in quality improvement, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and QA processes.
