Agentic Artificial Intelligence Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and develop sophisticated AI modules, including high-performance embedding pipelines, custom chunkers, and advanced retrieval evaluators.

• Lead the integration of intelligent agent services with various internal and external APIs and vector databases to address complex, cross-service challenges.

• Remain at the forefront of AI research, applying the latest advancements in fine-tuning, RLHF, and prompt engineering frameworks such as DSPy.

• Promote agile excellence by leading sprint deliveries and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to define the scope of transformative AI features.

• Advocate for code quality and team development through high-level peer reviews and contributions to shared utility libraries that enhance development velocity.

• Design and implement modular, cloud-native microservices that integrate GenAI into our production ecosystem, ensuring our Agentic solutions are both scalable and reliable.

• Take charge of the production lifecycle by establishing robust CI/CD pipelines and utilizing observability frameworks (like Datadog or Databricks) to monitor model health, trace agent logic, and maintain system uptime.

• Foster technical excellence by creating comprehensive evaluation suites—integrating both traditional testing and modern LLM-based evaluations—to benchmark accuracy, safety, and performance before each release.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of substantial engineering experience.

• Expertise in Python with a profound understanding of developing and scaling high-quality code.

• At least 6 months of hands-on experience in building and deploying GenAI applications.

• Strong foundation in RAG frameworks, including vector databases, hybrid search, and ANN algorithms.

• B.Tech, M.E, M.Tech, or M.S. in Computer Science Engineering from a prestigious institution.
