This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• You will manage assigned debt recovery cases, ensuring timely interventions.

• You will conduct home visits to negotiate sustainable payment solutions.

• You will prepare accurate reports and update the company’s management system.

• You will collaborate with the Area Reference to analyze results and plan activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in home debt recovery or similar roles (preferred).

• High school diploma.

• Class B driving license and willingness to travel.

• Negotiation skills, stress management abilities, and result-oriented mindset.

• Knowledge of the relevant territory and basic computer skills.
