This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• You will be responsible for providing support to our clients and users, ensuring an excellent experience during each contact.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, playing a crucial role in identifying unusual behaviors in the use of our product.
• Assist with inquiries and general requests.
• Resolve issues identified in the product's usability.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve reported problems.
• Forward complex issues to the appropriate departments.
• Analyze occurrences related to the service.
• Develop and monitor strategies for problem resolution with clients and users, identifying and addressing operational bottlenecks.
• Suggest and implement process improvements in customer service and system corrections.
• Experience in B2C and B2B customer service (considered a plus).
• A spirit of collaboration, curiosity, ownership, and respect for differences.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written), empathy, and the ability to explain and listen patiently.
