• Catilas Resources Limited is actively seeking enthusiastic individuals to become part of our team as an **Agency Banking Field Representative** for a prominent commercial bank in Nigeria. In this role, you will be tasked with enhancing the bank's outreach and supporting banking agents. This position demands a proactive approach and exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Responsibilities:

• - Recruit and onboard qualified agents in accordance with the bank’s standards.

• - Facilitate comprehensive training for agents on the bank’s products, services, and digital platforms.

• - Maintain a strong relationship between the bank and its agents while ensuring high performance and adherence to compliance standards.

• - Ensure that agents comply with banking regulations and operational guidelines through effective fraud prevention training initiatives.

• - Develop strategies to broaden Agency banking and enhance customer service.

• - Educate agents on digital banking practices to promote efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Educational Requirements:**

• - HND/Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Minimum Grade of Lower Credit/Second Class Lower).

• - A degree in Business, Finance, or a banking-related field is preferred.

• **Skills Requirements:**

• - Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Scheme is mandatory.

• - Prior experience in sales or relationship management is advantageous.

• - A solid understanding of commercial banking products and services is required.

• - Familiarity with regulatory guidelines is essential.

• - Excellent communication and negotiation skills are necessary.

• - Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• - Goal-oriented with a strong focus on results.

• - Customer-centric attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service.

• - Willingness to travel to agent locations.
