This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Organizes travel plans using company-approved air, hotel, car, and ground transportation vendors at the most competitive rates.
• Adheres to company protocols and standards in customer service, creating PNRs, and employing front room CRS.
• Keeps the immediate supervisor updated on all significant developments.
• Provides exceptional customer service to travelers and their administrative teams.
• Offers advisory assistance to travelers and travel organizers throughout the booking experience.
• Ensures that all reservations are completed with accuracy and within the designated time frame.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a travel agency setting.
• Proven expertise in the travel industry, including proficiency with the Sabre CRS system.
• Must demonstrate proficiency and successfully complete a GDS assessment.
• Strong knowledge of both international and domestic geography.
• Over 3 years of customer service experience, ideally within the travel sector.
• Excellent approach to customer service.
• Capability to manage multiple complex requests at the same time.
• Experience and comfort working with C-level executives.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the travel industry.
• Mastery of the Sabre GDS system.
