This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• You will map out the customer journey together with us.

• Based on that, you will develop an attractive (online) questionnaire that we can distribute to our clients.

• You will assist in optimizing customer satisfaction, online visibility, our products, and our overall service.

• Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to making Emergo Systems even more successful.

⛳️ Requirements

• HBO graduate intern who is interested in researching customer satisfaction, which somewhat aligns with your current studies.

• Curiosity and independence are key attributes for this role.

• Knowledge of SPSS is a plus.

• You possess strong communication skills and have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

• You can work well in a team, but you also excel independently.
