• Reactivate inactive affiliate partnerships and renegotiate terms to secure premium rates and exclusive promotions.
• Develop and expand a TradFi affiliate vertical (including forex, CFDs, and commodities) aimed at a growing trader demographic.
• Establish and nurture affiliate partnerships in key geographic areas (Japan, Indonesia, CIS).
• Maintain robust relationships with top affiliates, ensuring priority access to campaigns, insights, and offers.
• Analyze high-value conversions to pinpoint revenue-generating placements, traffic sources, and user segments.
• Replicate and scale successful revenue strategies across different geographies and inventory.
• Oversee affiliate monetization infrastructure (such as AdButler or equivalent): placements, testing, and optimization.
• Conduct A/B tests on banners, placements, and funnels to enhance revenue per impression.
• Audit and refine affiliate funnels, placements, and conversion paths to boost CTR and EPC.
• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics (EPC, CR, RPM) and provide actionable insights.
• Generate monthly performance reports and continually optimize the partner portfolio.
• Collaborate with content and product teams to enhance affiliate integrations and performance.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate partnerships, deal negotiation, and revenue optimization.
• Proven success working with CPA, RevShare, and hybrid models.
• Possess an existing network of affiliate managers (in crypto, brokerage, or finance platforms), preferably across Japan, Indonesia, CIS, or TradFi.
• Experienced with affiliate platforms (Impact, Tune/HasOffers, Awin, Cellxpert, RevenueLab, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with ad operations, banner testing, and placement-level optimization.
• Data-driven with confidence in working with EPC, CR, RPM, and unit economics.
• Understanding of crypto, forex, and traditional finance markets.
• Basic SEO knowledge with the ability to identify performance gaps and suggest content improvements.
• Proficient in using WordPress or similar CMS.
• Utilize AI tools (LLMs) to enhance outreach, analysis, and workflows.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Inquisitive, proactive, and adaptable, always eager to learn.
