This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Create and implement a scalable affiliate/partner strategy that aligns with the company’s revenue objectives.

• Identify and attract high-potential affiliates including agencies, consultants, influencers, technology partners, and associations.

• Facilitate the onboarding of affiliates with well-defined go-to-market strategies and success plans.

• Enhance active engagement and transaction volume from partner relationships.

• Maintain a consistent communication rhythm including check-ins, performance reviews, and enablement sessions.

• Monitor affiliate KPIs such as pipeline development, deals closed, revenue generated, and conversion rates.

• Evaluate performance to distinguish between high-performing and underperforming affiliates.

• Assist in the development of campaigns including landing pages, outreach sequences, and content creation.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or channel sales.

• A proven history of driving revenue through partnerships or indirect sales initiatives.

• Strong comprehension of B2B sales cycles, lead generation, and conversion tactics.

• Experience utilizing CRM and affiliate tracking systems.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Preferred experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital marketing sectors.

• Familiarity with MSP, cybersecurity, or web/digital agency offerings.

• An existing network of potential affiliates or partners.

• Multilingual capabilities (English is required; proficiency in French or Italian is a plus).
