Affiliate Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Recruit, onboard, and oversee affiliates, influencers, creators, and brand partners.

• Develop and expand affiliate programs across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Reddit, Telegram, Discord, and others.

• Establish enduring relationships with top-performing affiliates and content creators.

• Launch and enhance affiliate campaigns, promotions, and product rollouts.

• Monitor and evaluate affiliate performance, sales, conversions, and ROI.

• Discover new partnership opportunities to boost customer acquisition and revenue.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

• Ensure that affiliates adhere to brand guidelines and platform policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.

• Demonstrated success in growing affiliate programs for eCommerce or DTC brands.

• Strong familiarity with affiliate marketing on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), Reddit, Telegram, Discord, and other social media.

• Practical experience with affiliate management platforms such as Impact, Everflow, CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Refersion, PartnerStack, Rakuten Advertising, Awin, or similar.

• Comprehensive knowledge of influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and performance marketing.

• Experience utilizing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or comparable reporting platforms.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Previous experience in the supplements, health, fitness, biohacking, or wellness sectors is highly preferred.
