This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Act as a clinical partner within Lyra’s network, offering mental health support to corporate employees through various modalities.
• Provide counseling via face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic formats.
• Implement evidence-based, solution-focused interventions designed for workplace wellness and employee care timelines.
• Ensure all case notes are completed within Lyra’s 24-hour documentation compliance timeframe.
• Maintain clinical notes that adhere to global quality standards and audit protocols.
• Authenticate client interactions through Lyra’s official notice system prior to commencing treatment under the EAP.
• Recognize high-risk cases, crises, and clinical red flags, adhering to Lyra’s SLAs for emergency situations.
• Comply with Lyra’s direct-transaction and non-solicitation policies.
• Embody Lyra’s values of clinical excellence, innovation, and empathy.
• Accurately complete clinical and administrative tasks within the agreed-upon SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal operations and clinical oversight teams and engage in the global standard of care.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD.
• A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India.
• At least two years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of a Master’s degree.
• Previous experience as an EAP service provider is highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic models.
• Established expertise in EAP services and workplace wellness.
• Proficient in stress management and occupational burnout.
• Skilled in relationship and interpersonal issues.
• Experienced in grief and bereavement counseling.
• Knowledgeable in family/play therapy or specialized creative interventions.
• Exceptional clinical abilities and a strong commitment to evidence-based practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across various modalities.
• Diligent in maintaining confidentiality, record-keeping, and compliance practices.
• Capable of collaborating with internal operations and clinical oversight teams.
• Fluent in Rajasthani.
