This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Provide exemplary counseling services through in-person, virtual, and telephone formats.
• Implement evidence-based, solution-oriented strategies tailored to employee wellness and care timelines.
• Ensure all case documentation is completed within Lyra's 24-hour compliance requirement.
• Maintain clinical records that adhere to global quality standards and auditing protocols.
• Confirm client interactions via Lyra's official notification system before starting EAP treatment.
• Recognize high-risk situations, crises, and clinical warning signs, and adhere to emergency response SLAs.
• Comply with Lyra's direct-transaction policy; all fees are managed centrally, and direct billing is not permitted.
• Uphold a strict non-solicitation policy and maintain professional boundaries at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with internal operations and clinical oversight teams.
• Exemplify Lyra's core values of clinical excellence, innovation, and empathy.
• Accurately complete clinical and administrative tasks within established SLAs.
• Engage in global care standards and assist corporate employees in addressing personal and professional issues.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, MPhil, or PhD.
• A valid professional license or registration to practice counseling in India.
• At least two years of post-qualification clinical experience following the completion of a Master’s degree.
• Previous experience as an EAP service provider is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of short-term, solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
• Demonstrated proficiency in EAP services and workplace wellness initiatives.
• Expertise in stress management and addressing occupational burnout.
• Skills in resolving relationship and interpersonal challenges.
• Proficiency in grief and bereavement counseling.
• Experience in family/play therapy or specialized creative interventions.
• Outstanding clinical abilities and a dedication to evidence-based methodologies.
• Capacity to meet rigorous administrative and documentation deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills adaptable to various formats.
• Impeccable confidentiality, record-keeping, and compliance practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal operations and clinical oversight teams.
