Aesthetic Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conveying the iS Clinical brand messaging and philosophies to enhance brand recognition

• Creating educational resources

• Facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions

• Engaging in seminars for aesthetic professionals and company staff

• Addressing product inquiries from business partners and end-users

• Reporting to the Aesthetic Training Manager

• Instructing global Sales teams, Partners, and prospects on iS Clinical products, treatments, and the underlying science

• Collaborating with the Training Team to meet pertinent goals and initiatives

• Generating and sharing knowledge about iS Clinical products and treatments

• Partnering with education and marketing teams to create training materials and participant resources

• Assessing the effectiveness of existing training programs

• Mentoring and developing internal team members for effective communication with customers and partners

• Contributing to the technical advancement of educational and presentation materials

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid aesthetics license

• Over 1 year of previous training experience (preferred)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with an adaptable and flexible approach

• Strong organizational skills, particularly in strategizing and scheduling work within a clinical environment

• Proficient computer skills with intermediate knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Punctual and self-driven

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment

• Exceptional follow-up skills

• Capability to arrange efficient travel plans, including flights, car rentals, and accommodations, while adhering to budget constraints

• Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a passion for training and knowledge in the skin and skincare industry

• Ability to navigate challenges effectively while maintaining professionalism
