Aesthetic Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Conveying the iS Clinical brand messaging and philosophies to enhance brand recognition.

• Creating educational resources and facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions.

• Engaging in seminars aimed at aesthetic professionals and company staff.

• Addressing product inquiries from business partners and end-users.

• Reporting directly to the Aesthetic Training Manager.

• Providing education to global Sales teams, Partners, and prospects regarding iS Clinical products, treatments, and the underlying science.

• Collaborating with the education and marketing teams to devise and propose innovative ideas for training materials, participant tools, and other creative techniques.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid aesthetics license.

• Over 1 year of previous training experience (preferred).

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an adaptable and flexible approach.

• Strong organizational skills, particularly in strategizing and scheduling work within a clinical environment.

• Proficient computer skills with intermediate knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Punctual and self-driven.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment.

• Excellent follow-up abilities.

• Capability to efficiently arrange flights, car rentals, and accommodations in advance for travel to various markets, while adhering to budget constraints.

• A passion for training and a positive attitude, along with a strong interest in the skin and skincare industry.

• Ability to navigate challenges seamlessly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
