Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Administer tox, microneedling, chemical peels, and at-home facial treatments in accordance with Pinch's clinical standards.

• Cultivate a client base utilizing Pinch marketing strategies and personal networks.

• Provide treatments to clients and convert first-time clients into repeat customers.

• Establish and manage a flexible schedule, averaging 10–20 hours per week.

• Leverage Pinch's marketing resources for outreach, client retention, and referrals.

• Oversee inventory and maintain precise, timely records of client interactions.

• Act as a representative of Pinch within the local community and enhance brand awareness.

• Develop a personal client roster, ensuring treatment of at least 5 clients each month.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active APRN license in Pennsylvania.

• Certification in injectables, or willingness to complete the Pinch Injectables Master Certification.

• New injectables practitioners must be prepared to attend an in-person training session in its entirety.

• A genuine passion for aesthetics and a commitment to helping clients look and feel their best.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to expand an independent practice.

• Previous experience in aesthetics or an existing network of patients is advantageous.

• Interest in participation in events, influencer programs, photoshoots, and similar growth initiatives is a plus.
